We know it takes strong coordination to drive the interview process. We offer experienced contract administrators to supplement your current team or to act as the administrative function.
We break out administration projects into three categories – Interview Scheduling; Reference Checks; and Online Community Management. Administrators are available full-time or part-time.
Interview Scheduling – Administrator provides support to manager or HR to schedule interviews with applicants. From scheduling meetings between candidates and managers to confirmation of interview agenda to coordinating schedule changes to answering inquiries, Adminisrator will manage the interview schedule process until hire.
Reference Checks – Administrator provides support to manager or HR to conduct surveys of candidate-provided references. From surveying references utilizing questionnaire template to probing for definitive responses to compiling feedback to report findings, Administrator will manage the process until complete.
Online Community Management – Administrator provides support to facilitate social media strategy. From engaging online conversations with potential candidates to promoting career opportunities to handling employment inquiries to sharing relevant content, Administrator will manage and maintain an active and effective online community presence.
