Contract Recruiting Support
- CLIENT: Global Distribution and Logistics Organization
- SITUATION: Strategic ERP initiative caused a swell of requisitions which overloaded the corporate recruiting team and did not have enough resources to meet business demands.
- SUCCESS: Provided a team of Senior IT Contract Recruiters to provide full-cycle support to hiring managers to fill positions within expected time frame. Efforts augmented corporate recruiting team capacity and generated timely critical hires and a pipeline of talent for future openings.
- CLIENT: Medium-sized Medical Device Manufacturer
- SITUATION: New product launch redirected focus of corporate recruiting team which limited the support of other requisitions and did not have the resources to meet business demands.
- SUCCESS: Provided a Senior Technical Recruiter to support corporate recruiters to review, screen, and forward qualified candidates for requisitions. Efforts allowed corporate recruiting team to meet demand and make hires in business units not involved in product launch.
ATS Reconfiguration & Implementation
- CLIENT: Global Entertainment Organization
- SITUATION: ATS was implemented years earlier and functionality did not meet current needs. Opted to reconfigure versus select a new system but did not have resources to implement.
- SUCCESS: Conducted research and cross-functional interviews to evaluate and clarify process and system requirements. Worked with ATS staff to reconfigure system to new requirements, developed training materials and change management tools to re-deploy system. Efforts generated improved functionality, greater usability, and enhanced reporting and compliance.
RPO Implementation
- CLIENT: Global Pharmaceutical Organization
- SITUATION: HR leadership opted to outsource recruiting versus building function in-house. Selected an RPO provider but did not have resources to implement.
- SUCCESS: Conducted research and cross-functional 2 day workshop to evaluate and discuss hiring improvements and recruiting expectations. Established new policy and process to align systems, resources, practices and change management tools to implement new RPO program. Efforts generated efficiencies and standards and improved compliance.
Hiring Process Reengineering
- CLIENT: Global Packaging and Manufacturing Organization
- SITUATION: Hiring process was inconsistent across business units and leadership mandated standardization but did not have resources to evaluate and develop improved practices.
- SUCCESS: Conducted research and cross-functional workshop to evaluate and clarify best practices across enterprise and discuss similarities and improvements to establish new policy, process, system utilization, reporting and compliance. Efforts generated project roadmap and change management plan for the implementation and launch of new enterprise hiring practices.
