From defining job requirements to sourcing and qualification of candidates to interview prep and offer negotiation to hire, Recruiter will project manage the tasks for both manager and candidates to completion. Or Recruiter will flex with your process and step out if necessary such as during offer negotiation.

Sourcing Support – Recruiter provides support to manager or HR to supply prequalified candidates. From defining job requirements to sourcing and qualification of candidates, Recruiter will manage the process until the pre-qualified candidate is submitted for consideration. Or Recruiter will flex with your process and only provide resumes without qualification.

Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) – Recruiter provides support to manager or HR to manage ongoing relationship development of key candidates and referral cultivation. From conducting “check in” calls to scheduling informational meetings with managers to actively soliciting referrals, Recruiter will manage the tasks necessary to maintain an active talent pipeline.
