With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition operations and HR technology, I specialize in building and optimizing systems that simplify recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience. I’ve often served as the link between highly complex technology and the functional teams who depend on it. Most recently, I led a team at Masco Corporation, managing platforms like Workday Recruiting, Phenom, and a suite of onboarding and compliance tools. From launching CRMs to reduce candidate drop-off to overseeing enterprise-level system integrations, I’ve consistently delivered scalable, data-driven solutions that empower recruiters and drive results.

My career began in hands-on recruiting and quickly evolved into a passion for improving the systems behind the scenes. I’ve led major implementations and transformations—from streamlining global onboarding at Broadcom to developing a unified job architecture across multiple business units in Workday. While I have a mind for technology, I find balance and peace in nature. After relocating to Central Oregon in 2018, I spend my free time exploring the trails, lakes, and rivers with my family.
