Our team at Bright Talent is composed of Fortune 500 HR leaders with expertise in program development and change management from a variety of industries. It is vital to plan and prepare for the inevitable return of the workforce to the workplace. This requires developing a program to instruct and communicate how we plan to return to work, post-quarantine.
In support of our HR community, we developed the Roadmap to Return to Workplace-Workforce Plan. The Roadmap includes: project plan, workflows, and plan outline. These are free to download for our community.
In addition, we hosted and published a complimentary Roadmap to Return to Workplace Webinar Series in support of the workforce plan. In these interactive sessions with our community, we shared and learned from one another to help navigate this change.

To give more context to the document downloads, we provide the following files in PDF* and best reviewed in the following sequence:
Project Plan (MS Project) – this provides the methodology to follow in building your own plan. This provides a generalized list of tasks needed for policy, practice, collaboration, and, communications.
Workflows (Visio) – in support of the project plan, this provides a macro (by function) and micro (by employee) view of how the workforce will be organized and managed in the plan.
Plan Outline (MS Word) – in support of the project plan, this provides instructional detail to the project plan including links to resources to help with policy and practice.
Communications Template - FAQs to Employees - in supporting communications to employees, this is a sample FAQ document on how to respond to your employees.
